Everyone wants to be happy and has their own perception and conception of being happy but there is no specific definition of happiness and it also varies from person to person. It is the essence of life without happiness there is no meaning of life. No feeling is absolute, whatever be the mode or method of being happy for a person, tends to keep changing by the time but it directly links with love and positivity

real happiness

It's my childhood memory, my teacher often said "help others to make them happy around you is the real happiness" I think it is the main secret of happiness in life, when we help others they become happy, default their positive energy returns to us and make us happy.

Scientific research shows that happiness gives many health benefits to the person being happy. It may help to overcome stress, boosts your immune system, protects your heart and reduces pain, etc.

It's real happiness, start practicing and feel the difference in your life. When we help someone his positive energy bounce back to us and make us happy

It's very hard to get happiness when you are doing a job having no interest. Don't waste your precious life doing joyless job when u start work in the field you love, you'll be motivated and more satisfied and your happiness factor will go up

i Totally agree with your point of view !
Mostly when i feel really bad or when the things aren't happening the way it suppose to be i always try to give money to beggars and by watching them happy i feel the same. :)

Time spending with natural things always gives better rewards.
