Interesting combination, I never thought of putting coconut and mango in a pie before. I mean, there are desserts out there that have both like the Thai mango sticky rice and the coconut sauce.

Sadly, I don’t have these ingredients laying around. So, off to the supermarkets if I wanna try this.
