Incredible India monthly contest of November #1| Definition of a great leader!

It is so sad that nowadays good leaders are very hard to get, most of us are governed by bad political leaders which make development to become difficult instead of going forward we are going backwards all the time.
My country, Nigeria, is a victim of bad leaders, and we innocent citizens are the ones feeling the heat.

In your perspective, what's the definition of a good leader?

For keeping a good leader is someone who put the need of his people before his that is to say that he makes sure that all the people that he is taking care of leave a better life before thinking of his own wellbeing.
Sacrifice is one of the qualities of a good leader. For you to be a good leader, you must be ready to make sacrifices.

As a good leader to need to make sure that the people you are responsible for taking care of live comfortably and happily anyway no matter how good you are people will still talk bad about you, so as a good leader do what you know is good for the people and don't listen to what people say and most importantly don't make promises that you cannot fulfill this way you will have a good reputation as a leader.

A leader is someone selected or elected by a group of people to lead and governed them to the right path.
A leader has the power to make decisions that pleases him, and no one will question his authority.

Leadership, on the other hand, is a good leader who motivates and inspires people to the right path, the act of taking good care of people, and also make sure you influence and guide those around you.

Who is your all-time favourite leader? Why?

My all time favourite leader is the great Nelson Mandela a man with dignity and a lot of sad moments in his life but that didn't stop his inspiration and desire of becoming the president of South Africa, he governed his people very well in a sense that till date he is always remembered for his good work and also he played a huge role in the transformation of South Africa to become one of the greatest countries.

He is the only person to come out from prison and still become the president of his country this is to show his remarkable achievement and commitment to lead his people and he played his role very well and today most of us are inspired by him.
