Last year when I placed a college bag order for myself I couldn't find it anywhere but finally, I saw it online and I was so excited to get it and I quickly ordered it.
When I saw it, it was of very poor quality and very small in size. It was not at all like what I had seen so I felt very intruded on shopping!

I prefer online shopping because it is practical and saves time
bad experience when buying online I once bought clothes in the size according to the description but it turned out that the material and size were very different the return process was also long so it was frustrating
while my bad experience when shopping offline was when shopping at the mall I found a suitable product after arriving home when returning to the store They refused to replace it because it was considered the buyer's fault
