Steem engagement challenge-S10/W6| If God gives me the power to read three minds.
If there is one thing that the Almighty has kept from human and even some Angels, it is the ability to read minds. Yes, even Satan the Devil can not read human minds. He only capitalizes on any weakness he notices on us and use it to tempt us. The phycologists try to study how to read people's minds but yet, they have to base their findings on what they have noticed over time before they can correctly arive at their conclusions.
That is why, when I saw this contest theme, it was very funny to me and at the same time very exciting because it is an abstract and unreal situation yet exciting. I can't wait to read what @okere-blessing @patudoh and @adylinah will write on this topic. As for mind, here we go💃💃💃🏂🏂🏂😜😜
If God gives you the power to read three minds, whom would you select and why?
Well if that is at all possible, there are 3 person's that I would like to read there minds.
💃My husband. - Have you ever thought about knowing the next step your husband is about to take.? Knowing his feelings, his love for you but he does not know how to express it. Knowing when he is hurt by what I say and yet pretends as if everything is alright. Being proud of you and speaking wonderful sweet about me when he is with his friends.
It is then that you realize that he truly loves you and that whatever you think he is doing wrong was done in good faith.
This will help me to avoid any situations that would cause problems within the household with such wonderful gift.
💃My children:- Children are gift from God. They can easily open up to you when they are very young. But as they grow, the tendency is there to limit what they tell you about.
With that gift, I would be able to know what is.going on in there mind and gradually draw it out from them using question. It would also help me correct their wrong thinking and negative influences from outsiders.
I would also know what they think about me and make positive changes in my relationship with them.
💃My closest Neighbour: Maintaining a very good relationship with your neighbour is very important. They can be a source of support in times of need.
So knowing there mind would help me identify what they expect of me and then explain myself to them in a respectful manner for those I cannot live up to.
I can always know their thoughts and what I can do to improve my relationship with them.
What are the main things you would like to read from those minds?
Like I have stayed earlier, I would like to know what my husband thinks about me, and how he views me? What are the things that gets him annoyed the most about me which he pretends about? How to build and solidify my relationship with him.
Regarding my children, their thoughts are very important to me. What influences their decisions? What do they think about me, as a friend or a competitor?
Regarding my neighbours, I would like to read how they view me, what they think about me and what they think that I should do to make them happy.
How could you react after reading their minds? Share your thought
With such ability comes a great responsibility.
I will work on improving on the aspects of my life which I know, that I am doing wrong. I can then look for ways to explain some areas to them which they tend to misjudge.
Ensure that I use such ability to promote peace and maintain good relationships with them.
Do you think some devices in the future will invent that work like our mobile to read other minds?
There may be devices in the future, but they will be limited in what they can do. Even an individual cannot understand himself well, talk more of a machine. The Holy scriptures at Jeremiah 10:23,24 shows that the heart is more treacherous and desperate, no one can know it. Hence, the need to always rely on the Almighty for guidance. Remember that machines are just garbage in garbage out. It cannot reason on itself except processing information with data that have already been fed to it.
Granted that artificial intelligence is becoming the way of life now, but it can never work like a human mind.
So I do not expect to see such a machine that could read people's mind perfectly.
Do you think some things should always need privacy, like our thought process? Describe.
I think somethings in our minds requires privacy. Just like we wear cloths to cover some parts of our body from the public, likewise some of our thoughts requires privacy.
Having some privacy in your thoughts can be a source of protection for an individual. Since some who are privy to your thoughts can use it against you.
So there is definitely need for some thoughts of ours to have privacy.
Conclusion
It has been worthwhile engaging in this contest. Granted such wishes may not come true. But it has at least helped to see what is inside the depth of our hearts.
It can be used to better our relationships with people and to avoid unnecessarily being at loggerhead with people.

I always love the way you present your post , Knowing our partners mind is very necessary so that we can tell what he thinks about us . Just like you have said children are precious seed when they grow they seems to hide somethings from thier parents knowing thier mind is a good one too. I knew your marriage partner would come first. It's good you trust him and won't want to read anything negative. The three personalities you actually depict here are worth it... Most at times children think otherwise of their parents and they would be afraid to speak up. So it's very much interesting you want to know their thoughts. God will help you continue being that discerning woman you always are.
This is great topic and you did Justice to it. Mama, if God gave us this ability, there would always be war,fight and Chaos even in the house of God o. I thank God that He's the only one that can know the human mind. This world would have been destroyed since!
For the spouse I think most of us wouldn't stay so long in marriages if we really had to read Thea minds.
As for the children and neighbors that would save us so much trouble.
The three minds listed in your article are very important. Sometimes, we get to hurt our loved ones unknowingly without having a clue of how they must be feeling.
The more children ages, the more they detach slowly from their parents and tend to hide things.
Reading of minds would have been one of the best gift ever on Earth, I think the world would have been more better with the consciousness of knowing that someone else knows your thoughts.
