Dear friends,
Today I am here to share about a problem and its solution;
that helps strengthen the community and also educate steemians(especially newbies) to understand why it is essential for them.
When I was not selected moderator in the steem indiaa community, I was only a general blogger at that time;
I started a contest and that was siwcc( steem indiaa weekly comment contest) because I thought engagement is essential for the growth of a community.
When I started working as an admin, I found a problem (especially for newbies).

When newbies join the platform, they are only able to share the post due to the lack of steem power;
because of that reason, they are unable to enter into the engagement.
Some newbies are trying to enhance themselves;
and want to learn and share different talents. But for the growth of a community, comments are equally significant.

Being an admin, I found a solution and want to know about the opinion of @steemcurator01, sir/ma'am.
Today I delegated 50 steem each @baishaki88, @sanchita96, and @swetab97 from my personal account.
It is not that I delegated them because I brought them here. Anyone can get this delegation from any country.
As I also observed these newbies for the last 17 days;
and then I decided to delegate.
Because the foremost thing I needed to follow would be their dedication to their work.
That would apply to all the newbies if they would like to join and work with us.
Another thing I would like to share is that I withdraw these delegations once their accounts reach the 50 steem through their posts.

Every day I am trying to teach them something useful to them. Yesterday, I shared in our group about steemworld. org;
and how they can increase their CSI, Reputation, Number of votes, comments, and voting power.

Apart from being a tenure blogger and an admin, I took the decision. I believe we must work like a family and help those who deserve it and for that reason, I am sharing my point of view.
As I informed earlier in one of my posts I have several ideas too;
That could make a difference and help to grow the community as well as this platform.
I believe I would get a response from sir/ ma'am about the same, so that I continue the same with other newbies.

You are contributing to a great extent to the Steemit ecosystem. Yes it is good to have initiatives to handhold newbies. Most of them give up when they do not see anything happening around their post. A little boost surely helps them. I can delegate 200 Steem each to 2 newbies every month, if that makes any sense, let me know who you would like to.
Thank you very much @nainaztengra for the help you have thought to extend to us. Actually, everyone here is busy thinking about themselves. Those who work according to the rules, very few people here evaluate their work. But you are one of those few people. Thank you so much for thinking of the newcomers, for being there for them. Thank you so much my dear at least someone noticed my efforts. If you want then please increase your delegation if possible. We together can support these newbies in better way.
But if in the future people increase then together we will think about the same may be you can provide some steem and I also will pass them some steem.
Day by day I am disheartened about some activities of this platform, because those who are not doing anything getting appreciations but those who serving this platform selflessly not getting proper support.
Several people power down after getting support, some I know will do the same in the future but those who want to work for the progress not getting proper support.
That's very true what you are saying and hence I have been more of an Individual contributor, also yes I am time constraint. But it is sad to see that focus is only on the few who are constantly being heavily rewarded and the larger picture is not being looked at.
Not only that quality also gone for a toss, and several articles are below quality, then also getting huge support!

I have nothing to say to you @sduttaskitchen. Because I know how honestly you do your work. But you don't get the rewards you deserve. I decided that the path you have shown us, I will walk on that path only. Because I also want to do the right thing following the right path like you. If a person values my work, I am happy with that achievement. Thanks for being by my side.
You just follow the correct path and rest leave to the almighty, because I know you from last 7years and your efficiency;
don't care about others just give your best like you are doing here for more than two years. Always expect from almighty not from humans.
