Droupadi Murmu, the first tribal president of India|Real example of revolution|#burnsteem25|Club75
Dear friends,
Welcome back to my page, I hope you started your day full of enthusiasm. You may think that is why I have to employ the word enthusiasm!
Because today I am going to share about a lady who ascertained that if we have a zeal to chase or acquire our dreams then it is possible to fulfill them.
As the community is entitled to write about culture and government and laws are included so I decided to write about a person who didn't need any introduction for Indian people but for other country people she could be a great example of revolution.
Today I am here to share some information about a lady born on 20 June 1958 (age 64 years), Mayurbhaj and now became the president of India.
Droupadi Murmu ladies and gentlemen the first tribal President of India, elected on the 25th of July 2022 as the 15th president of India created a difference. |
---|
Now, why am I talking about the difference when there were 14 more presidents nominated in the past years?
Now here let me share some history about the tribe to which Droupadi Murmu belongs and then I wish you all will get the answer.
Our respected president belongs to a tribe named Santhal. though this tribe is the third-largest tribal community and mostly circulated in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
Here I would like to mention that one of my Aunts stayed in a place named Chittaranjan(West Bardhaman, West Bengal).
In my childhood often I visited there and at a periodic distance from my Aunt's house a Santhal tribal community lived there;
I closely noticed their lifestyle and the language I learned they used in their regular life.
Earlier they led a nomadic life but later they decided to indemnify in the Chota Nagpur plateau(eastern India, in northwestern Chhattisgarh and central Jharkhand states).
It is believed that at the end of the 18th century they emigrated to the Santhal Parganas of Bihar and then they arrived in Odisha.
In 1855/56 Santal Hul (revolution) also took part in the force of the East India Company by forming their self troops.
Their language is known as Santhali and diverse setups of marriage are welcomed in the Santhal society – including widow remarriage, levirate, forced (rare), elopement, and the one in which a man is assembled to marry the woman he has impregnated.
Santhals are skilled in various arts including music, and handicrafts, and have a rich cultural heritage.
But there are some rituals they follow like if a person died an unnatural death Santals consider that souls become bongas three generations after death if they perform the correct rituals.
They follow some process of the death rituals where some bones are collected after cremation by the main griever (usually the eldest son) and are scrubbed and ritually foraged with milk, rice beer, and sacred water by female grievers.
After that, those bones are submerged in water and a series of rituals is conducted, releasing the dead from exactness to become an anonymous ancestor.
They believe in Ojha who drives away the malevolent deities, divines the causes of disease, expels pain from the body, and administers medical remedies(botanical and zoological).
Santhals are the most coordinated rites related to the agricultural cycle or hunting and congregation traditions.

CONCLUSION |
---|
It is not about what religion, tribe, or skin color we carry but our determination to decide where we want to reach. Though she belongs to a tribe that is believed to be a backward caste;
She proves everyone wrong that cast, creed, and color of our skin do not matter when your goal is clear. |
---|
I bow to her on behalf of every Indian and would like to convey that she is the motivation for several women who think that they can't get an opportunity. Draupadi Murmu is a live example for them.
That's all for today. I hope you like the information that I shared here.
Thank you friends for your visit, support, and comments. Please keep continuing the same. Stay blessed, happy, and healthy. Follow your dreams with open eyes.
