Yes, I do believe that alongside hard work, luck is a crucial factor in determining our success. The reason why I believe so is based on the following which we are to look into now.
Opportunities beyond control. What determines our circumstances is luck which influences what we do and achieve in life.
Serendipity and timing. Success often depends on being in the right place at the right time in life! Someone with a brilliant mind might only succeed when things are ready for him or her.
Connection and Networking. A lot of opportunities arise in life through the chance of introductions to influential people and encounters with influential people.

Personally, I really didn't have any strong opinion about it but I observed a large number of people believed in this.
In my personal opinion, the astrology and numerology tarot card is a part of history, culture or religion. People have a lot of faith in the future, many people want to know what is going to happen tomorrow and how we can improve it, and some people are interested in knowing about their past lives, but I'm not one of those two people.
