Welcome back again to my economic diary blog where I usually describe business activities carried out. Today, I will share with everyone how my economic activities went on 7th of August,2024.

At the salon after braiding my hair

My day started on a good note as always, I did the house chores, had breakfast and tried to prepare an article for steemit. I was able to type and when I noticed that I was behind time, I dressed up and went to the salon for braiding of hair.

I got to the salon, tried to negotiate price with the stylist before sitting down to braid my hair. The stylist started by applying hair treatment on my hair, proceeded to combing through before proper braiding.

Groundnut for sale

At 1:30pm, when I was still braiding my hair, I saw groundnut seller and decided to buy. I noticed that she has three sizes of measurement cups so I purchased for #500 ( 2.3 steem). The smallest cup is sold for #200 (1 steem) and it is just few seeds of groundnut you will find inside so I decided to go for the medium size.

After buying, I started eating it at the salon. The groundnut was tasty, fresh and well cooked. I had value for my money, I was happy because most times, I buy cooked groundnut, half can go bad and I can't blame the seller due to the fact that it's something that both the buyer and seller doesn't have idea of the inside.

Braiding process

Sometimes, it will look fresh outside but spoilt inside. I finished up the groundnut and continue with the hair and also published my article on Steemit while the stylist was braiding the hair.

I finished up at 3:15pm, made payment and head to the supermarket. I paid #2,500 (11.4 steem) for braiding and natural hair treatment product that was applied on the hair (please refer to the first photo above for the final look).

I went to the supermarket afterwards to purchase cream. I also added bread, Milo and milk to the cart. After selecting these items, I went to the cashier to make payment.

I got home, kept the cream in its position and then took tea and bread for lunch. This was how my economic activities ended on 07-08-2024. Thank you!
