In April 2020, we didn't know that much about COVID-19.
I am still masking up indoors, and not staying indoors too long. There's just not enough people vaccinated and immunized yet. I'll take that small improvement in odds that masks seem to bring.
I totally understand why people don't want to work for minimum wage in a hot kitchen. They workers are a mix of young and old, meaning a lot of unvaccinated people. All together, for hours, in a small space.
They are selling it on the premise that Israel vaccinating almost fifty percent of it's population and having barely any hospitalizations or recorded deaths recently is the reason why....no mention though that Israel has found a cure....it's been so successful in Israel that they are going to do their phase two study in Greece because they no longer have people that sick anymore to continue the study in Israel.
