Rubber photography
Is rubber still rubber?
We frequently think.it is but in reality it's not. The more modern your stuff the bigger the chance it's plastic. Plastic, vinyl it's all the same. Rubber comes from a tree and isn't made in a factory.
It's called "rubber" and some still are but most are no longer and come in all kind of shapes and colors. Great for the children but it doesn't do it's job if you are drawing. Nasty stripes remain on your paper.
If I think of rubber I think of a tire.
I have several of these in my garden. I picked them up at the tire shop. I could have them for free.
It keeps the bucket at it's place unless tje boy starts dragging woth it.
I have it around several trees so I won't mow over it or easily bump into them. It's a bit to keep the weeds away but that doesn't work.
More rubber?
Perhaps my mud & snow tires but the whole car is made of plastic!
What's rubber of the three items you see? The mats perhaps? The rest is cheap plastic.
On this tire is printed "vinyl" which says enough.
Might be this is rubber. It's eaten by the wolves. It seems to taste fine.

You can tell by the tyre and a bit of the inside? Well we'll have to wait for her to know the answer. She live in the past 😅😅 7 or 8 hours behind our time.

Off tonwork as usual. There is no free holiday for hospital staf bro. There are some letter being pass out yesterday but I can't be sure yet. Everything floating like the cloud for me. Not aure what's going on, what's the plan. In short word. Just standby for anything that might happened.
Hospitals, caring professions, pharmacies, foodshops etc are all open. Some close earlier and in some countries you can enter one by one. 😐
Yes. Only cosmetics, smartphone stalls, food stalls are ask to close and more.
With us the foodstalls can be open if they deliver it.
My friend living in Belgium says butcher, bakery, supermarkets are open. I have doubts about the unwrapped food and butcher and bakery but you can heath what you eat first and I have some instant food, powder, noodles, etc, even bought the mashed potato powder, and you don't know how many touched it or sneezed over it either.

Yes I forgot. Supermarkets are open and delivery are allowed but we also not sure what it went through before reaching us. I too agree that heating food is safer.
One of my friend told me that the day before it all start, everybody went and bought a lots of meats at the butcher or supermarket.
We just have to go on with what we currently have because we are out of budget for now. Maybe tomorrow my husband can get some money.

An uglier outfit? How old is yours? I believe mine 1999. I hope to keep it a bit longer. I will not need it much now and doubt it can have it's yearly test in time this year but you never know. 💕

They are industrial rubbers

That's what I wrote. There are no trees providing in rubber here. No need to either.
So this is the wolf you are always talking about. He is cute. Quite interesting appetite too. What is the thing that he's eating? As @ddn688 said, they are industrial rubber. We do have may types of rubber. The one I shared in my post is the natural rubber that came from the tree. It's white as first, looks beautiful but the smell, it stick for some time no matter how much I wash my hands.
One of them I have 5. This is the eldest and most wild one too. The females are easier but he is the most gentle and takes care. Always hapoy too never a bad mood. One is really grumpy. This one makes me smile.
He's not eating but drinking water.
I believe you it's sticky. I guess it leaks out of a tree? I hope your husband does goid business. What do they make out of it?
There won't be much real rubber used it's too expensive unless we plant way more trees. I wonder if it doesn't harm the tree on long term. Feels like a kind of bleeding to me. 🤔

He sells that natural rubber to the company in charge but he didn't process it himself. He just sell the raw dried one.
It is indeed sticky and smells bad bit I got used to it slowly. My daughter didn't even bother 😅
Maybe because she geow up with the smell.
My husband also wish to go well in this job of his. I too hope he will do well because that way, he'll be happier.
It does affect the tree, that's why they have certain measurements when they cut through its skin. Have to wait few years I guess until the skin heals again or got to plant new one.
If you cut around too much a tree will die. Perhaps good for firewood but if a tree dies it sets free over 500 liters of water and all the toxics it filtered out of the sky through its life. You really need to plant a lot of extra trees for each tree you cut down. Perhaps 50 or more. I'll try to grow more in my garden. Hopefully they plant themselves. New die because of a lack of water I believe.
Children get used to a certain smell I guess or perhaps she cannot smell that we'll. I know I smell way better as my children and one one hardly smells anything (good for the dirty jobs) and my son seldom because of the allergies. I smell everything even with allergies. 😭💕
Huhu It's hard to go on to bad smell places with nose likes yours. I think the rubber tree does habe the capability to plant themselves. When the time comes the seeds bag on the tree will explode and the seeds will fall on to the ground amd grow itself.
When the rubber tree dies, they are good for firewoods.
We do have quite a lot of them.
It is indeed. I have a hard time between people, I smell burned food and garbage from a large distance, I smell people through their perfume, aftershave and each smell seperated (ever read the book "The perfume"? Rotten leaves, bugs, my kids... as I still lived in the appartment I smelled who just used the stairs or elevator. 🙁
