INTRODUCTION
Firstly, Steemit is a social media blockchain website and it rewards its users with cryptocurrency called Steem and steem dolars. Members of this platform get to earn by publishing and curating educative content.

In as much as so many people are on this platform and earning from it, there are also people that are yet to hear about it. That is why this post for promoting Steemit is necessary.

VARIOUS WAYS OF PROMOTING STEEMIT

There are various ways to promote a Steemit which have worked for people over the years and they includes.

Through social media:

There are various social media platforms such a a Instagram, Facebook, Tweeter, LinkedIn and Pinterest of which I can use to promote Steemit.
In these social media platforms, a page can be created and followed by posting of beneficial and highly educative contents which will be useful to the consumers of these information. Also maintaining a very robust precense on all these platforms is necessary.

Through organising steemit rallies and events in schools and higher institutions.

Steemit can also be promoted by organising steemit events such as seminars, campaigns, rallies, lectures and meet ups. By organising these events, you can reach out to the target audience one on one and educate them on what they need to know about Steemit and also let them know they can also earn from it too. For example, when you organise Steemit rallies, you can use materials like handbills or flyers in order to pass the information to interested persons.

Through Direct messaging:

STEEMIT can also be promoted by the use of Direct messaging and this implies sending direct messages to people on your contact list even also on social to let them know that they can earn on Steemit too.

Through press releases:

Press releases can be an excellent form of promoting Steemit. By paying for adverts on news papers. This will enable people to know more about it and understand.

Through Steemit Communities/cryptocurrency communities.

Through paid promotions

Through display campaigns (Ads)

Through e-mail marketing.

Steps taken in making the banner

I inserted a plain background (first step)

I inserted the writings on the background(second step)

I then copied the steemit logos and pasted it on the banner.(third step)

This is the final stage where i now put in the complete writeups to make it perfect.

I used canva app in making the banner.
