Lifestyle Diary Game | Traveling to Islamabad to Meet my Sister & Nieces | 27th June 2024

Hello everyone I hope you all are doing well I am here to share my diary game in which I started travelling to Islamabad as I have to spend some time with my sister and niece so I decided to travel to Islamabad to stay at their home. Travelling to Islamabad is one of my favourite journeys as I love the hills & nature views.

My ticket was booked yesterday at 5:30 am but at midnight they called us that the bus timing was delayed for an hour. So, I have to leave Lahore at 6:30 am. I take a bath before travelling as I don't know the temperature outside & can't imagine the temperature of Islamabad.

I leave home at 5:45 am as I don't know if I will find a rickshaw early or not. But luckily there was a rickshaw standing in the chowk. But my uncle for asking 350 rupees just for 4 to 5 kilometres. That was too much I asked him again as I had luggage I couldn't walk to find another rickshaw in the Chowk. So, after that, he agreed to 250 rupees that were still more but I did not have any other option.

I reach the bus terminal in 5 to 7 minutes. Then I have to take the ticket from there by showing the online booking number to them. I took the ticket by telling them my CNIC number then they gave me 13 seat number which was the first seat in the executive class. I stand there for 20 minutes as they don't allow passengers before that, only 10 minutes before departure.

I sit on my seat, then all the passengers start arriving on the bus. Suddenly one person came & said that his seat was booked with my seat ( 12 seats) it's not allowed to sit an unknown male passenger with an unknown female passenger. The bus hostess asks that person to complain to the ticket office & change their seat number by telling them this issue.

Thank God the issue was resolved & he got another seat. The best thing was no one else sat alongside me because time became more than departure time even 20 minutes late bus departures. I woke up earlier than before & couldn't sleep again so, I slept on my seat & straight legs on the other seat.

It's 3rd time that I have slept easily on 2 seats & no one disturbed me. It's the best thing about the FMBT bus service. After 2 hours we stop at Bahera, we stop for 15 minutes if anyone wants to eat anything or kids want to go to the washroom. It was the first time, I bought something from such stops & everything's price was double like 40 rupees biscuits were selling for 80 rupees.

I bought 2 things & they cost 280 rupees. One biscuit & salty peanuts. They we started our journey again, I loved to click pictures of hills, especially the Kalar Kahar area, the top point of the hills of Kalar Kahar. After 4 hours & 40 minutes, we reach the terminal of FMBT Islamabad. Last time, there was another terminal but this time they changed the terminal & I was confused a bit.

Then I called my brother-in-law and sister, they guided me also asked the Pathan brothers standing there. I walked for 5 minutes & reached the place from where I had to take a ride to their home, My brother-in-law asked that he pick me up but I denied that I knew the path to their home. I reached there after 50 minutes as there was traffic & the weather suddenly too hot.

I reach home after 6 hours of journey as half an hour wasted in finding a good price ride for home. My sister cooked mutton biryani for me. I met my nieces & then we slept till evening as I was also tired & they have a routine to sleep till 5 or 6 pm. I enjoyed my journey but somehow it was a tiring day. The best part is reached there on time & met my sister, and nieces.
