SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 15

It my son birthday.

With a grateful heart, am glad to share my son birthday celebration with my friends. Birthday celebration is a celebration that occurs once a year and when you're privilege to be alive and witness the day, you need to be grateful to God for his benevolence mercy.

The day was counted down by me. You know mothers keep their children birthday date just as a certificate😆. Even if they're asked immediately she wakes up, she will tell you without thinking when it was. When the day finally arrived, 20th which was yesterday Sunday, we get ready and leave for church.

On our way, we branch one of the eatery (Crunches Plus) and bought a cake. We had in mind of making him to cut the cake in church because we're sure of other kids that was why the birthday was taken to church. There in the eatery premises, I ask big boy to stand so as to take pictures.

But he was doing shakara walking around instead of standing one place for me to snapshot. You know kids with some attitude, I didn't bother him since the day is his, he can do what makes him happy.

After collecting the cake which was nicely package, we left and aided to church. When the church dismiss, all the children were called to the front of the church and the cake was unveiled for a proper celebration.

A birthday prayer was done and the cake was introduce by the MC of the day and after then, he was ask to place his hands and cut the cake by the spell of Jesus. Guess what big boy do, he wanted to leave the place. I had to go in and stand with him so as to cut the cake.

After cutting the cake, a birthday song was render by all the children present with few parents that was still in church. The cake was share to all the children including the adult according.We return back home with gratitude to God for his divine Mercy throughout the months.
