To start, for me sending children to learn skills at tender age can be both beneficial and detrimental. My reasons goes like this. On one hand, early exposure to skills can foster a lifelong love for learning. Then on the other hand, learning a skill at a tender age can lead to anxiety, stress and burnout if the child is pressured excessively.

But it's essential to remember that every child is different and what works for one might not work for another. So be sure to choose activities that align with their interest and abilities. You should always prioritize their happiness and well-being.

Learning a skill at a tender age is something I will forever be grateful for. I started learning how to play the keyboard/piano when I as just 9 years old. My parents enrolled me in keyboard lessons,I remember being so excited to sit at the keyboard and make music.

Though at first,it was a bit challenging. As a child,my fingers are small and it wasn't hard for me to press the keys down but you know what? My teacher was patient enoug and my parents also encouraged me to practice everyday. As I grew older,I started to enjoy playing the keyboard the more. I love learning new songs and pieces., and I would most times play for my family and friends. One good thing is that playing the keyboard helped me to develop my memory as it also taught me discipline, perseverance and creativity.

Now looking back today,I am grateful to my parents for introducing me to music at such a young age.and to crown it all, it's a skill that have brought me joy and a sense of fulfilment in my life and I also believe that it's still helping me to be the person I am today.

So if I am to say,I would say that if I hadn't learned how to play the keyboard at a tender age,I might have missed the opportunity to develop this valuable skill likewise might also miss out on the Joy and confidence that comes with learning something new and mastering it.
