Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @pea07 for bringing this weekly contest to us. I try to participate here every week. I cook every day. I love cooking. Today I have brought you one of my regular cooking recipes. So let's start without further ado.

In the picture, you can see that I have washed and cut the cauliflower. I rubbed the fish pieces with salt and washed them clean. Then I took the required amount of spices for cooking on a small plate. I arranged all the ingredients together and started cooking. First, I put a clean pot on the stove. Then I added the required amount of oil to it. After the oil was hot, I added the prepared spices to it. I stirred all the spices well and ground them.

Once the spices were ground, I stirred the cauliflower pieces that were cut in it. I mixed the cauliflower pieces well with the spices and covered them with a lid for some time. At this stage, I reduced the flame of the stove a little so that the curry does not burn.

After some time, I removed the lid and added a little water to the cauliflower. I added the water so that the cauliflower would cook.

When the cauliflower was half cooked, I added the fish. Because cauliflower vegetables cook quickly. Moreover, if cooked too much, the vegetables would break down due to the fish. So I added the fish to the half cooked cauliflower.

After adding the fish, I covered it for some time so that the fish would cook slightly. After the fish was slightly cooked, I added the vegetable broth. I added the vegetable broth as much as I wanted.

After adding the curry, I increased the heat of the stove. Then, when the gravy thickened a little, I added a little chopped coriander leaves. After adding the coriander leaves, I took the curry off the stove.

This time, I took a beautiful picture of the curry I cooked in a bowl. I took a selfie with the bowl of curry in my hand. Cauliflower is available in the winter season in our country. Cooking cauliflower fry also tastes great. We often have cauliflower at home. So today, I cooked fish with cauliflower and prepared the recipe for you. Friends, I am sure you liked my recipe. The cauliflower curry was really tasty to eat. Everyone will be fine until today.
