SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 25

There are some pictures in my gallery that anytime I look at it, I began to smile as it was a special or fun moment for me. So guys, I have some pictures I will be sharing here but promised me not to judge because it's hilarious.

It's 6 already in the month of January, I just want to share about my moments in December 2024. I know a lot of us was hanging out, spending time with friends, and doing all the fun activities but mine was different. No. no.no. don't pity me, it wasn't a bad moment. Let's begin, man.

There's always a season for sales. I mean if you're doing business, there's a particular event or season where you realize that you would be making a lot of sales, and December, which happens to be the end of the month, is one of the seasons. The market was full with people who are selling and people who are buying food stuff. Back in our shop, I was offloading bags of rice every day.

It was a busy day, as I was outside throughout the day, because we had a competitor, so we had to be vigilant if not, you'll end
closing with no sales. My boss was like: "Chosen, check what that man want to buy, chosen this man is looking at you, chosen, that man look like our customer." I mean my attention was on the road, on people passing, the people packing and the people looking at our shop. And the most important thing, I didn't joke with my food.

That day, she came early to sell morning market, and we took bread and tea for breakfast. After the break, I started my usual activities, which include calling customers. By afternoon, I was starving, and my boss noticed as she was like: "this one you're walking like this, what's wrong with you, I know it's hunger because you don't joke with your belly." It obvious she understands what I needed.

"Go to the car, you'll see a bag in the front seat, bring it" she said and ran like a flash. They were 2 plate of food inside the bag and she gave the one in a medium size cooler. Not just the food, she added some drinks, a malt and plastic bottle of Chapman. Omo, we die there. She ask me: "are you going to finish it" and I replied: "Maybe."

Since I was outside, I took my food outside to where it's comfortable for me and opened the cooler first to check what was inside. OMG.

That's how the journey continued, and at last, we ended up with Bones. Some were hard, while some were soft, but at last, all ended in my stomach. After eating, I relaxed for some minutes; my belly was popping out as if am pregnant. My boss was like: "So you really finished the food", and I answered: "By God's grace."

My friends were just jealous because their boss didn't over-pamper them the way my boss did, so sometimes in an argument when I tried to defend something, they'll be like: you wey be mama boy. Just crazy people. Even after that day, if anybody checked my photo gallery, he must always stop at the food picture, and the next question he will be asking is: who ate the food? Did you finish it, where you able to walk that day. I will be: i hope you're not whining me. Funny people.
