This brought back memories

As a Nigerian what do you think of when you see this? Above all that how do they call it in your language because in our side which is akwa ibom we call it "agidi", so please let us know how they call it in your language through the comments section.

Now back to the main point, the above picture brings back a lot of memories about my childhood, today this afternoon I was just sitting by our shop when I saw someone selling this then I bought it and ate, it's still very delicious as always though one now is sold for 50 Naira instead of 10 naira as before.

The agidi reminded me a lot about my past, when I ate it I was reminded of back then when I was a little boy staying with my dad in the school compound at Etinan institute secondary school.

I remember back then this was one of my most favourite snacks in school and remember I as at then it was been sold for 10 Naira each, so buy the agidi for 100 (0.33 steem) naira means that would be 10 pieces of agidi.

In school it was my favourite snacks, at home any little money I have I would eat agidi, and above all the one memory that this favourite snacks of mine brought back is my old friend Samuel.

Yeah Samuel was my old friend when I was young and what brings him to the conversation is the fact that throughout our stay in etinan institute all the supplies of agidi was done by his mom.

And his dad was a staff as well so they were leaving inside the school compound alongside us, intact we were neighbours so we always play together and did lot's of things together infact Samuel was the person who pushed me into having my first girlfriend back then in my JSS2 class.

So as I bought the agidi this afternoon I smiled, the one smiled that means so many things, the cost of agidi now as compared to before, Samuel my best friend, my first girlfriend and above all my childhood life that I miss so much
