SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 25

Hello guys, it's another day of the week and I'm delighted to share my entry in this contest organised by @ashkhan which goes with the title SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 25. This is an amazing contest if you ask me because it relates to the 1 picture 1 story contest hosted by @suboohi in the Steem For Pakistan community.

I always like writing on it because it enables me to share with other Steemians my experience for the day or what the picture represent thereby helping me to save or store my memory in a safe place. Now without further ado I will like to start my story in relation to the above picture.

It was the first Sunday of the year and I decided to go to church as usual because I don't want to start the year missing church. So in other to go to church today, I decided to dress even more cooperates and look nice 🙂.

I wore the long sleeve given to me as a birth present by a friend of mine and the trousers I bought recently which cost me about NGN 15,000 which is equivalent to about 40 Steem based on the exchange of Steem to Naira when I was purchasing it. I also wore a cover shoe I purchased some months ago which also cost me about NGN 20,000 and it's equivalent to Steem at the time of purchase was 65 Steem.

Immediately after the dismissal of the Mass, my little sister insisted that she must snap me a picture because she noticed that I don't like snapping often. So as I was joking and asking her not to she went ahead and took the picture.

I was working with my very good friend Joseph because we attend same church. After seeing the picture I feel in love with it and I decided to go ahead and write this amazing contest with it as it keeps reminding me about this beautiful event and moment.

So this picture you see above is a reminder that it was taken on the first Sunday of the year 2025, it was also taken after the celebration of the Mass and also it was my little sister who forcefully Snapped me the picture as she did it without my notice and permission. Though after seeing the beauty and posture taken during the picture I became in love with it and hence decided to use it here on Steemit.
