Greetings friends

The knee would never have encountered pain if there were no bones, and if there were no bones, there wouldn't be wear and tear.

Osteo is a Greek word that encompasses bones, arthritis includes all conditions that affect joints, causing pain, and stiffness and hindering the movement of bone from its normal regular pattern, the cause of knee osteoarthritis is from the cartilage because it is one part of the human skeletal system that lubricates bone, just as we will always put grease on our door hinge so that it wouldn't be stiff, so that the same thing cartilage does too, it reduces the pressure on bone-facing each other thereby making it impossible for direct contacts, knee osteoarthritis is the pain associated with the bone of the knee

Both clinical investigation and clinical test are required to properly diagnose knee osteoarthritis combining medical history like previous sickness encounters or diagnosed ailment, health care professionals that are experienced with bones can also make a physical examination, and clinical tests are also conducted as well as imaging, a medical personnel known as a radiographer is also fully involved in this

Clinically, an x-ray is conducted to ease the examination process; joint fluid analysis can be done too in the laboratory to see if the fluid to be spread in the joint is seizing in production or not producing as it should.

I performed this personally so I could tell how I felt this exercise is, I must commend Ma'am Ashkhan this truly works for people with knee osteoarthritis even though I never had this ailment the feeling after performing this was so effective, for hamstring stretch it was one of which I ft the most impact, I am aging even though I am still young so my knee joint are become so stiff and the muscle behind stretch so well and it pained me, I believe if I continue it will be more flexible.

I will love to invite @miftahulrizky @bossj23 and @adraincebrara

Thank you for understanding the lesson and sharing your assignment; I hope that you will enjoy this week's lesson and try to implement it in your life if you see any such case.

Observations

Task 1 (1.7/3)
You have shared a less knowledge about knee osteoarthritis, even you didn't explain types and stages or grades of knee OA. You need to explain in more depth. I appreciate your effort.

Task 2 (1.7/3)
In the second question, you tell us about how you assess the patient with knee OA by clinical investigation like X ray. But you didn't add the other investigations, physical examination, special tests. Good.

Task 3 (3.8/4)
You try the heel slides, calf & hamstring stretch, William Flexion ( knee to chest exercise), Knee Isometric ( Knee flexion ). If you feel pain behind your thigh or knee back it's mean you have weak muscle due to inactivity try to stay active and perform exercises. Remember always apply heating pad before performing these exercises. I appreciate your efforts.

Overall you made a good attempt to answer all the questions. I appreciate your efforts. But next time try to avoid the above written suggestions. Keep learning and try to implement your knowledge to the people suffering from any knee Osteoarthritis. Thank you.
