Is something wrong with Dsound?

I have a podcast and I just came across Dsound. I hope to post my episodes there but when I went to the site it gave me a home page that only had one option to click on. That option was to chat with some people using Telegram. So I downloaded Telegram and asked how to get my podcasts uploaded to it. No response.

I was the right site because not only did the site describe what dsound is but I also used to link that was provided by steemit. And help or information on this matter would be appreciated.
