Yes we already have plot we bought two years ago .Yes of course we start from the income we have save we start buying materials and see how we can start with foundation as soon as possible .Then start building a house .

In my country Cameroon especially my location landlords have become very exploitative extorting money from tenants .Especially when they find out that you are financially stable .You see yourself spending most of your monthly income on rentage .After a serious thoughts building my own house is the best thing to avoid frequent exploitation.
