What is signature authority?

In this I have installed sign authority without admin sign any community notices and updates will not be updated.I have installed a sign system in it so that everything goes well in front of the admin.So that nothing is published without admin permission.This is in my opinion the best way to stop spreading false rumors in Steemit.Any notice posted without my signature shall not be acted upon

I will select moderators and admins in this community and cannot issue any notices without my signature.Be sure to check my signature before executing the notices and updates.
