Too funny. Yes, the ones who think the system is not for them, are the ones who are typically screaming you dont provide fast enough service or have enough people. It takes 30 seconds tops to fill out a ticket for goodness sake and it is to your benefit as the user to open one so your issue is recorded and tracked.

However, what is even worse are IT admins who will not open tickets or record their work within them. Nothing irritates me more than seeing a closed ticket with no notes.
