INDIA ~ The new T20I World Champions

An action packed one month of T20 World Cup heat ended up making India the New World Champions! The long awaited 13 years of ICC trophy draught finally ended for them. It was sheer dominance from India throughout the tournament, unbeaten and a result of team effort!

Clearly the two best teams came in to the finals, unbeaten up to that point, easily outplayed the opponents in semis. And as a result of that we could witness one of the greatest and nail biting final. Quite unfortunate for Proteas who experienced their first ICC WC finals. Anyway congratulations team India!!!

With this it makes the end of the T20I careers of (I don't know what adjective to use) two cricketers Kohli and Rohit, in a high note. These two are classy, fearless, dominant and great ambassadors of our generation!

In the past 12 months, under the captaincy of Rohit India was finalists in all three ICC major tournament World Test Championship, ODI World Cup and the T20I world cup. So, he deserves to lift this despite coming closer to other two.

And what about King Kohli? He has achieved everything in white ball cricketer. The greatest of our generation no doubt. Under 19 WC winner, ODI world cup, Champions Trophy, T20I world cup, and ICC player of the decade. A complete white ball cricketer.

And the contribution of bumrah in this World Cup is unmatched. He is fierce, consistent and accurate in every ball. He is the difference. India may found another Kohli, but no one is eve closer to this guy! Just look at his stats.

Anyway there were some depressing moments here and there. As I said to @Patjewell,

the last two world cups were all about India! To be honest with the presence of players like Kohli, Rohit, bumrah and this entire co they totally deserve the World cup. The way they played in this editions, pooh, there's no doubt about that. but the BCCI is insanely intervening the process, messing with the sanity of the game.

It was shocking to see these fellas. They are the definition of chokers, to be real! It was their game, especially after the show from Klassen. Just 30 from the last 5 overs with 6 wickets remaining. Then chocked with the greatest come ack from India.

Most probably there will be no more show from Killer Miller or Kock. The cricketers with zero haters. Anyway that's what is!
