Theme diary game // My festival celebration.

The Christmas 🎁 is definitely a time of "joy, love, and togetherness," and definitely last year December's celebration in heart city of Uyo was definitely nothing short of magical. The unmatchable Christmas Village at the Udo Udoma Avenue was amazingly the heart of these very festivities, perfectly hosting a quality 31-day tour of each day taken and represented by the state LGA's alphabetically and well featuring the cultural heritage of each and all of the 31 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Akwa Ibom State. This my diary here captures the dynamic spirit of the celebration, well focusing too on the "special Steemit Christmas Hangout" of the Uyo steemians on December 23, 2023.

My Exploration/Exploitation of the Christmas Village

The grooming Christmas Village in the city of Uyo was really a sight to behold. It looks was so beautifully decorated with a much twinkling lights in different colors and style, different colorful banners, and too the festive decorations that made here everyone feel much about the holiday spirit. And Each LGA of the unmatchable state really had its own day to do us favour in showcasing its unique culture, heritage, dishes, and the dances they all have though i wasn't able to visit all 31 LGA day. The event though was perfectly acknowledge and sincerely a wonderful way to always learn about things and genuinely appreciate the diverse cultures within my dear Akwa Ibom State.

The Cultural Displays:
The festival was really a grand display here for the pretty cultural richness of the Akwa Ibom State.
Where:

• Ibibio Culture: The unique Ibibio tribe did showcased their unique traditional dances, pretty also known for their marvellous, energetic and the rhythmic movements. They did also presented their pretty delicious dishes, all including Afang soup, plantain, Editan soup 🍲 and Ekpang Nkukwo.

Note the Ibibio tribe consist of 18 LGA all performing in different day but possessing similar heritage and the Cradle of Ibibio nation which is my home LGA (Ikono) did theirs magnificently.

• Annang Culture: The dear Annang tribe also performed their famous Ekpo masquerade dance as usual, a unique traditional dance that really combines of colorful costumes and some dramatic movements too while drumming 🥁. They did well to also shared their unique culinary delights, their folklore too through storytelling that definitely hit everyone.

• Oro Culture: The Great Oro tribe also brought their famous vibrant dance and their music to the stage too because they can never be left behind, duly captivating all the audience with amazing their performances and language intonation. They did well to also introduced their yummy traditional dishes, all including Afere Atike, a popular fisher man soup.

The Steemit Christmas Hangout

On same page of celebrating the Christmas 🎄, the day December 23 was fixed by the Steemit community in Uyo to gathered for an end-of-the-year hangout there too at the Christmas Village all in one spirit. The very turnout to this hangout was really massive, and certainly the atmosphere was much filled with those excitement and genuine anticipation.
"There we all had a lot of great fun which definitely Here’s a little of my breakdown of all the day's activities:"

1. Fun Games:

• Steemit Quiz: This very educational game help tested well our knowledge about the Steemit platform and its amazing community. The most respected personality @ngoenyi hosted this very segment, thereby making it both so fun and really educational.

• Interviews and Introduction: @mesola did conducted a pretty short interviews along with introduction of oneself with all the various Steemians, perfectly allowing us to sincerely share our experiences and different stories depending.

• Shout Outs: And here @goodybest led out the stage with amazed chanting by everyone giving a shout-out to her for being a mother to all and as well others mentors and family in the gathering, and as well favorite Steemians.

• Mentoring: My unique and most simple man with a little confusing character @bossj23 and @benton3 provided us all those valuable mentoring sessions too, helping with tips and too advice on how to succeed on Steemit as he clearly stated that "Consistency" is the key 🗝️ joint with quality post.

2. Merriment and Dance:
We all did danced to the festive music, our Steemit Admins and Moderators did open the stage we all join in to it, giveaway was done and we enjoyed a delicious food prepared personal by our members and took drinks to digest properly, thereby celebrating the great joy of being together. "Indeed I'll say that The dance floor was really so much alive with dynamic laughter and premium cheerful music".

3. Stage Performances:
We all joined other audience at the venue to watch stage performances by amazing different artists and talent show. The performances done were really lively and so entertaining, all showcasing a variety of talents they possess.

Visiting a Fellow:
After all our activities were done, well all moved as family to One of our fellow Steemians, @bela90, she was afoid vendor at these venue, making the Christmas village yummy 😋 to visitors with her tasty food. We did visited her stall, pretty enjoyed her offerings, and as well supported her business.

Conclusion

The unforgettable festive season of Christmas celebration and the Steemit hangout in Uyo city were really a top notch experiences. The all round blend of the cultural displays, the fun games, and the community spirit really made it a truly special event to us all. This very diary helps me to captures the pretty essence of the day, thereby reflecting on the joy and the perfect unity that did marked the celebration.
