For sure there are more kind people. The hardest thing is to find them and to be aware of the fact that what I like others might like as well. I am not sure if I can follow what @kafio shows but others might and pinning his post is something I can. Why not? Should it all be about contests?
In freewriters I started pinning some freewrites as well. I hope it helps the authors to be noticed. It's simple and why not give it a try.
