A good leader have a clear and good vision about that what he or she wants to achieve and also communicate with his or her team. This is about setting of goals. This quality of a good leader is very effective to motivate the members of the team of a leader and this provides them a sense of purpose and and a reason towards success.
Integrity is also principal trait of a good leader to build trust. A good leader should have honesty and ethical standards in all his or her actions. By good behaviour with the team members it can create a sense of belonging and trust and in this way the team members can communicate openly.
A sense of belonging and understanding are very important aspects of a good leader and a good leader must have the ability to listen attentively to the members of the team. This will enhance the strong relationships and will create a cooperative work environment.
A good leader must inspire other members of the team to achieve their goals. A good leader encourage the members of the team and support them. A positive environment is very important to boost the confidence.

It is a very significant factor in the leadership. It makes the leaders enables to understand about their strength and weaknesses. It is about awareness of the abilities, capabilities and their responsibilities about their duties.Self awareness can enhance the intelligence and it is an important role of a leader. Self awareness can enable the leaders to manage their emotions correctly specifically in the panic situations.
Self respect can enhance authenticity in the leadership. When the leaders are sincere with their roles they can create such environment in which their team members can communicate openly with them about their problem or goals.
