The diary game||First internship day excitement and rainy evening enjoyment||5/6/2024
Greetings to you all!
I started my day in the name of Allah and today I was excited because it was my first day of internship. I was focus on prayer in early morning and then I decided to prepare myself for my breakfast.

It was onion and egg dish I enjoyed along with yoghurt and mint powder so that was a great combination especially to have in breakfast as summers are going on that's why yoghurt was really a healthy option with egg.
After that I get ready for hospital that is just situated at 15 minutes distance from my form and it is Central Park teaching hospital in Central Park society so this is you can see me when I was in cabin and waiting for patient that when I would again come in contact with my hands on practice for enhancing my clinical skills after long time.

It was around 10:00 a.m. when patients started to come one by one so the patient that I saw today at my first internship day was of fibromyalgia which is a basically condition in which you feel a lot of muscular skeletal pain at more than 14 points in your body. There was some of the modalities that I used to treat my first patient by the help of senior graduate doctor.

Above in the picture you can see that there are infrared radiation electronic muscular stimulator inferential current and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation machines and now in these pictures there are massager hot pack and cold packs available and all these are most commonly used in physiotherapy and second patient that I attend was of genu valgum in which your knees turn inward especially when you walk.

That was really an exciting day in which I experienced really that there is just one year left for me to be a graduate and to be a doctor. Well after that I came back to home with good wives and I take shower but at night time by nature something was again enjoyable for me and it was beautiful rainy evening that I enjoyed with my sister and this is you can also see in the picture and for that reason I prepare my favourite colourful sweet rice in my night meal as you can see in the plate.
After sometime I completed my other task and in this way my day was really enjoyable productive and informative too related to my field.
