Are You A Sheep Or A Wolf - Can You Become A leader?
I can answer that question for you: You can't!
If you don't have the natural skills, have no charm, people don't like you, you are unable to manipulate in an unnotable way, or talk into people and make them believe you are the one they should blindly follow you can forget about it.
Yes, you can learn some tricks but a person with a bit of brains will see that it's not more than a mask and you are fake. And that the red balloon you are holding to attract the innocent will burst with a loud bang of a tiny pinprick.
You can try to be in charge but as you can see in the video it's hard work to keep dominating your flock and... a lost case.
So you want to be a leader?
What are your skills? Are you an observer, do you know what your future followers want or will you lead with an iron fist and use fear? That can work for a while but this has nothing to do with leadership but all with insecurity and next to that count with the fact you will always have to look over your shoulder and need trustworthy people willing to die for you.
How will you deal with the unexpected?
Can you handle stress being disliked? Sure, you can be the puppet like Biden and try a poker face or play the idiot, but this doesn't make you a leader not even if your face is printed on a stamp.
Humour
A healthy dose of humour is what a leader needs and most of them who want to be one lack it. That might sound harsh but it's a fact. If you can't laugh (in the first place about yourself) you can't loosen up the crowd and it will be hard to be found sympathetic. No flock of sheep will follow a wolf no matter how hard he tries to make them believe he is fond of sheep.
Can you learn to be a funny person? I doubt it. It's possible to learn some tricks but it will never be heartfelt. For sure we all know someone telling jokes which are not funny at all (teachers, uncle Sam, the neighbour or your little nephew).
Not the best video but it is indeed one of the best speeches and humour is included. Do you see what I see?

In pakistan, we have a person/politician who fulfils all the qualities of a leader you just mentioned.
He is funny, have people's skills, handsome, and people are ready to die for him.
I was one such blind follower once and would fight with my friend mocking or disrespecting him.
Pakistani people only listen to him, this one man who is 70+, but i have reached to the conclusion that leaders are misleaders.
They corrupt the innocent brains of the people who don't happen to use their intellect.
It's frustrating when you see people go over the board to admire their leader. Like only he can solve their problems as if he has a magical wand.
The opposition party calls him a comedian who is just there to have some fun in the crowd.
Currently he is in jail.
Do such leaders have any future?(yes, as long as we have cult follower like my old self)

Leadership is about how you can tolerate the people under you. Most of the time, the followers will like someone who always thinks a head and carry everyone along with this most special quality: a sense of humor. For me I think if am to be a leader first of all I need to know what my followers want and how to tolerate them. By doing so I can be able to lead them by example not by what I say.
