BIOGRAPHY OF THE PROPHET ﷺ.....
PART:-•••••31...
☘A few glimpses of the pre-Islamic society:
After describing the political and religious conditions of the Arabian Peninsula, now the social, economic and moral conditions there are being presented briefly.
✨Social conditions:
The Arab population consisted of different classes and the conditions of each class were very different from each other. Therefore, the relationship between men and women was very developed in the noble class. Women had a lot of autonomy. Their words were listened to and they were respected and protected so much that swords were drawn in their path and bloodshed occurred. When a man wanted to praise himself for his generosity and bravery, which he held in a very high position in Arabia, he usually addressed women. Sometimes, if a woman wanted, she would bring the tribes together for peace, and if she wanted, she would ignite the flames of war and bloodshed between them.
But despite all this, the man was considered the head of the family without any dispute and his word was decisive.
In this class, the relationship between a man and a woman was through a marriage contract and this marriage was performed under the supervision of the woman's guardians. A woman did not have the right to marry on her own without their guardianship.
On the one hand, this was the situation of the elite class, on the other hand, there were many other needs for the mixing of men and women in other classes.

The second type was that when a woman was clean from menstruation, her husband would say to send a message to so-and-so and obtain her private parts (i.e., have her commit adultery), and the husband would remain isolated from her and would not go near her.
