BIOGRAPHY OF THE PROPHET ﷺ.....
PART :- 4
The Arabs of Arabia
His great grandfather, Sayyidna Ibrahim (peace be upon him), was originally from Ur, a city in Iraq. This city was located on the western bank of the Euphrates River near Kufa. The inscriptions that were found during its excavation have revealed many details about this city, and some details about the family of Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and the religious and social conditions of the inhabitants of the country have also been revealed.
It is known that Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) migrated from here and settled in the city of Hazzan, then from there he went to Palestine and made this country the center of his activities and from here he used to run and run (run, run) inside and outside the country for the purpose of invitation and preaching.
Once he went to Egypt. When Pharaoh heard about the condition of his wife, Hazrat Sarah, he had a bad intention towards her and called her to his court with bad intentions, but Allah, as a result of Hazrat Sarah's prayer, seized Pharaoh in such a way that he started beating his hands and feet and throwing her away. His bad intention was repaid in his face and he understood from the nature of the accident that Hazrat Sarah was a very special and close servant of Allah Almighty and he was so impressed by this characteristic of Hazrat Sarah that he gave his daughter Hagar to her service. Then Hazrat Sarah gave Hazrat Hagar in marriage to Hazrat Abraham (peace be upon him).
Hazrat Abraham (peace be upon him) returned to Palestine, taking Hazrat Sarah and Hazrat Hagar with him. Then Allah Almighty granted Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) a precious son from Hajar (AS)'s womb - Ismail (AS), but Hazrat Sarah, who was childless, became very jealous and forced Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) to exile Hazrat Hajar (AS) along with her newborn child.
The situation took such a turn that he had to obey Hazrat Sarah and he took Hazrat Ismail (AS) with him and went to Hijaz and settled him there in a waterless valley near the Holy House. At that time, there was no Holy House. There was only a mound-like land. The flood came and went out from the right and left. There was a huge tree near Zamzam in the upper part of the Masjid Haram. He had left Hazrat Hajar and Hazrat Ismail (AS) near this tree. At that time, there was no water in Mecca, nor was there any Adam or the son of Adam.
Therefore, Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) put dates in a bowl and water in a skin. After that, they returned to Palestine. But in a few days, the dates and water ran out and they faced great difficulties. But at this difficult time, by the grace of Allah, the spring of Zamzam burst forth and became a source of sustenance and enjoyment of life for a while. The details are well known.
After some time, a caravan came from Yemen, which is known in history as Jurham Sani. This tribe took permission from the mother of Ismail (peace be upon him) and settled in Mecca. It is said that this tribe used to live in the valleys around Mecca. Sahih Bukhari clearly states that these people entered Mecca (for the purpose of residence) after the arrival of Ismail (peace be upon him) and before he became a young man. But they used to pass through this valley even before that. ..
