Against the Odds: How I Overcame Challenges to Continue My Studies || 10% Beneficiary Set to @steem-nations

Since childhood, I have always had a strong passion for studying, even though I was never a topper, I still held a position. My parents never had any worries about my studies. After finishing school, I took college admission. In my family, everyone is educated, and all of my cousins have degrees from universities, with some even continuing their education abroad in places like Italy and Germany. They inspired me to continue my studies and go to university as well. However, there was also the issue that education had become a way to earn money. I don't belong to an upper-class family, but thanks to Allah, I never lacked anything. The rest of my family is quite upper class, so their children had no worries, but I had a lot of tension about how I would continue my studies. Yet I had complete faith in God and also believed in my determination that, Insha'Allah, I would continue my studies.

Almost all of the girls in my family got married after college. I had one cousin who thought it was right to continue her studies after college, and my thinking was the same, my parents had no objections either; in fact, they were quite happy. However, the issue arose when university admissions started. Many of my cousins even said that my family couldn't afford university. But as they say, no one can stop what is written in fate, and hard work never goes to waste. I couldn't even imagine that I would be able to study in a private university. When I got admitted, I also applied for scholarships, which I still receive. You could say that I studied and am studying on a scholarship, but even then, the fees were quite high. But thanks to Allah, the fees were always paid on time, and for that, after Allah, I am extremely grateful to my parents, who sacrificed their desires to afford my fees. Even my family members had issues, wondering how they were managing to afford such high fees, but I never paid attention to anyone's words. This year, I received a 100% scholarship, and my parents are very proud of me. Now, only one year remains until my graduation, and I still have the desire to continue my studies further, but we’ll see what happens next.

I want to tell everyone that if you work with dedication and put in the effort, you will achieve your goals. Sometimes things happen against your will, and you feel regret, but those things turn out to be for the better. So, just have complete faith and do all your work with confidence.
