Growyourown || Planting season has arrived again
Dear friends, admins and all moderators of the community. Rice fields in rural areas and generally in our sub-district areas are currently being re-cultivated to welcome the planting season at the end of this year, and should be able to look forward to the planting season at the beginning of 2025.
The condition of the rice fields is currently entering the first stage, namely being plowed. Residents are enthusiastic about welcoming this planting season, due to the favorable weather, namely the approaching rainy season. Because generally farmers in our rural areas only use rainwater as the main source to irrigate their rice fields.
In fact, December is a month full of rainfall, which is the right month to work on rice fields, in order to look forward to the planting season when the rainfall subsides a little.
The farmers also chose to hurry down to the fields, because they remembered that with the grain they could provide for their families' living needs. With the expected harvest from their respective rice fields, that is what they can rely on to sustain their lives and hold various feasts that they have dreamed of. Because the majority of rural people, who are generally farmers, always choose to celebrate Islamic holidays such as Mawlid and so on, and also hold wedding receptions right after the harvest season arrives.
Currently, farmers are again faced with Muslims going down to their fields, and again risking their energy and capital and so on, to be able to get maximum results when the harvest season comes.
The planting season has arrived again, making farmers return to working on their rice fields with enthusiasm and joy. Because with the expected results from this rice field area, it is hoped that it will be able to create stable economic conditions in rural communities and farmers in particular.
