In this post, I am reporting all my activities that I carried out in the last week as the moderator of Steemit Pakistan and also sharing my plans and strategies for the development and growth of the community.

I will start by tabulating some stats that show my commitment as a responsible Moderator and a Steemian.

Curation Teams and Use of Tags

This is not directly related to my work in the community but as a moderator I wanted to share the information.

Five curator teams have been chosen for different themes. Those teams will use steemcurator accounts 04 - 08 to curate the posts in their respective theme. So please look out for the posts from the teams with information about the tags that you will have to use from now onwards in order to get a vote from steemcurator 04-08 accounts.

My Contribution in Community Initiatives/ Projects

• Photography Contest

Weekly, I organize Photography Contest through official account. I have been handling this contest for past ten months and it's going great. We get a lot of activity through this contest.

Message for Newcomers

If you just joined Steemit then please complete all the achievement tasks of Newcomers' Community. There are two benefits of it:

• You will have all the basic knowledge about Steemit which will help you adjust in this unique platform quite easily.
• You will earn votes on each achievement tasks.

My advice is to power up atleast half of those rewards. Do not start cashing those out as it will be the end of your vote support. If you power u atleast half of the rewards then:

• You will become club5050 eligible.
• You will be qualified for higher votes like from booming or steemcurators.
