Couldn't understand alot maybe due to some translation issues. what i understand is you want the community support project to get extended with some extra benefits like giving some rights to moderators right ?

there are lots of ways through which communities can grow stronger but the thing is usually moderators/community curator account are working harder but aren't getting good rewards in return so i think the point where moderators should also get upvote for their job if they are working or atleast they are trying to work.
