Strain semolina(soji) from strainer Take a bowl or flat plate. Strain 1 cup of semolina(soji) from strainer and Add this strained semolina (soji) in bowl or plate then add 1 table spoon of white flour.

Add 1 table spoon of wheat flour for 1 cup of semolina if you add more then gol gappy won't be crispy it will become soft. So try to add it according to quantity.

Then fry all these gol gappy. Oil would be in medium low flame. Put the opposite side of gol gappy in oil that would be little bit wet. Then press it well from side in oil untill they become like a round ball. When they turn light brown in colour then take them out from oil. Then Repeat this.
