Betterlife - The Diary Game ; 15-May-2022 / A date after so long.

Hello my lovely fellow steemit members! i hope you're doing great. I'm writing after so long since I've been so so so busy with my life lately. Raising twin infants isn't an easy task, right?
but it's all worth it. It's kinda hard for me to start writing again after a long hiatus but i can try my best.

I wanna share my date night with y'all.
Me and my husband finally went out on a date night after SO SO SO SO LONG. We were always about work and babies, wanting the best for them, making so many efforts just so our babies have everything they need but sometimes couples forget that they are "husband-wife" before being "parents", just like we forgot it. The result was we both went into depression and stress. It was really a mess. During this phase we fought a lot too. Fighting our own battles.

One day, my parents came to our house and took my baby boy with them as they were missing the babies. I couldn't let them take both of the babies so i let them take our baby boy and we were left with our baby girl. Two days went by, it was kinda easy for me to handle one baby at this point, but we were also missing our baby boy. On the third night, my husband made a sudden plan for our date night, he was planning to take our babygirl with us. At first, i was making excuses to not go because i didn't feel like it BUT my husband is so stubborn, somehow he made me say yes hehe.

We decided to go for dinner at Kababjees. It is one of the top restaurants in Karachi. It looks soooo beautiful. I just love the environment there. We were so excited and happy for our date.

My husband came back from his office around 7pm, he felt very exhausted so i suggested him to get some sleep. He listened to me and went to bed to rest a little.

I was in the kitchen, doing the dishes when i realized i was supposed to get ready by 10pm. I hurriedly finished the chores and quickly dressed up my babygirl. Then i got ready and yayyyyyyyyyyyyy we finally headed to our desired restaurant.

After we parked our car, we headed inside and i immediately asked my husband to book a table on the rooftop area. We reached the 3rd floor by the stairs.

While we were looking through the menu, our babygirl was laying inside the carry cot and she was continuously yelling and making noises. She seemed so happy hahah. Everyone was looking at her in awe since she was realllllly being cute. MashAllah. I wish i could show you all what was it like. Fast forward to finishing the food which took 25 mins to come. It was reallly yummmmy!!!!! i swear it was hella delicious. After finishing all the food and paying the bill. We decided to leave since my husband had office the next morning which i wish he didn't because i love spending time with him so much. I can't describe the feelings i felt when we were there. I wanted time to just stop right there so we could have "our-time" forever. It doesn't sound realistic though i know.

Anyways, we got up and took our belongings. As we were about to leave i saw a huge mirror so we stopped by to take some pictures which im attaching here for you all to see.

After taking the pictures, we headed towards our home. ❤ That was it for today!! I'll end my diary here. I really really hope you had fun reading my diary. Thank you so much for staying till the end. It means a lot.
