SHARE YOUR FAVORITE BIG-EID RECIPE | My Recipe | by @mashal06
Assalam-o-Alaikum to all
This is me @mashal06 and I'm very glad to participate in this amazing contest. As everyone knows this is the occasion of eid so i thought why shouldn't i make a dish using halal meat. Finally i decided to make beef kabab. This is my al time favourite and my whole family also love this.
Let me tell you about this recipe step by step so let's start.
Step 1
First we will take the beef and mince it. Mince the meat very well so that no bones remain in it as there are no bones in kababs.
After making the mince, first we will boil it well. Boil until it is well decomposed and the smell is gone.
When the mince is dissolved, take it out in an empty vessel and then mash it well. Mash enough to make a good mixture and start coating it with something so that there are no lumps left in it.

Step 2
After that ginger, onion, garlic, tomato, chop these things well and use them as needed. After cutting, put them in a grinder and grind them. This is a great technique because it mixes everything well and nothing stays solid.

Step 3
After that, mix all the spices well and add salt, red chillies, kelabab masala etc. as required. After that add an egg inside the mince and mix. Because of the egg, the kababs stay together and do not break.

Step 4
After keeping all the spices in the fridge for some time, start making their kababs. When we start making kababs with our hands, some kababs are small, some are big and some are thin and some are thick so we make it with kabab maker machine. After they are made, they are easy to fry.
After that, add oil as required in the frying pan. Leave it to warm for a while and keep the temperature rate slow. After that start frying the kababs. One thing to remember is don't repeatedly turn the kabab upside down as it may break. Flip it once and fry well.
Final look 😋
Here is the final look of the kababs. Hope you like this recipe. This is an Eid special recipe and I made it because there are many children who don't like to eat meat or minced meat so you can feed them by making this delicious kababs. Everyone's just loved it
You will find it delicious with ketchup and mayonnaise. You can also eat it with rice.
