You can also create one or more channels on rumble but you have to upload each video on the same account. So, don't worry you can pre-upload videos and then combine them into a single channel as like You create a Playlist on Youtube.
Just Upload Your video put a title description if it says already contain this title/description then modify the title a little bit and description and upload that don't worry no one can claim this because that video contains the actual "Creative Common License".
