Wild raspberries for "Object of the Week" #41
For this week's contest "Object of the Week" #41 by @strecoza, I present to you wild raspberries.
These were taken at the Sam's Agritourism Eco-Park.
These berries or fruits can be seen here in our mountains and they grow wildly. These thorny vines bear fruits in the summer I believe until the early months of the reason season.
In some parts of the country they call it "sapinit" or "sampinit." I don't know what is the local term for us here but growing up, we called them wild strawberries or simply wild berries. They are hollow and taste a bit sweet but mostly sour.
I haven't seen a lot of them growing in one place other than in Sam's Rock Garden. My nephew had fun picking some of those and I warned him to pick only what he can eat and so that's what he did. Before he did that, I took a phot of it of course.
This is my entry for "Object of the Week" #41 by @strecoza. I hope @manticao and @eto-ka can @junebride can still join while there's time :D
