We are 300 Member's Family || Together we can bring more Happiness

We are really happy at the moment, because just a few days ago when we ran the community, the number of our family members was very low, but we were not discouraged but we tried our best and focused on increasing the members. As a result, today our family has 300 members.

We gladly welcome everyone and those who have become family members with the mentality of working together with us, we all want to move forward together. Because we believe that concerted efforts are more likely to succeed.

But the biggest challenge for us at the moment is to keep family members active. Because we not only believe in increasing the number of members, but also put more emphasis on interacting among ourselves. Because of not members, effective members are more important for any community.

So our appeal to all members of the family let us move our family forward through mutual interaction. Through mutual cooperation and good relations we will be able to reach the goal easily by building strong family ties.

এই মুহুর্তে আমরা সত্যি খুবই আনন্দিত, কারন মাত্র কিছু দিন পূর্বে আমরা কমিউনিটিটি যখন রান করি, তখনও আমাদের পরিবারের সদস্য সংখ্যা খুবই কম ছিলো, কিন্তু আমরা নিরাহ হই নাই বরং আমরা আমাদের সাধ্যমত চেষ্টা করেছি এবং সদস্য বৃদ্ধির বিষয়ে মনোযোগি ছিলাম। যার ফলশ্রুতিতে আজ আমাদের পরিবারের সদস্য সংখ্যা ৩০০জন।

আমরা আনন্দের সাথে সবাইকে স্বাগতম জানাচ্ছি এবং যারা আমাদের সাথে একত্রে কাজ করার মানসিকতা নিয়ে পরিবারের সদস্য হয়েছেন, আমরা সবাই এক সাথে এগিয়ে যেতে চাই। কারন আমরা বিশ্বাস করি সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা সফল হওয়ার যোগ্যতা বেশী রাখে।

তবে এই মুর্হুতে আমাদের কাছে সবচেয়ে বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ হলো পরিবারের সদস্যদের এ্যকটিভ রাখা। কারন আমরা শুধুমাত্র সদস্য সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধিতে বিশ্বাস করি না, বরং নিজেদের মাঝে ইন্টারএ্যকশন করার উপর বেশী জোর দেই। কারন সদস্য না, কার্যকর সদস্য বেশী গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে কোন কমিউনিটির জন্য।

সুতরাং পরিবারের সকল সদস্যদের নিকট আমাদের আবেদন, আসুন পারস্পরিক ইন্টারএ্যাকশনের মাধ্যমে আমরা আমাদের পরিবারকে সামনে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাই। পারস্পরিক সহযোগিতা এবং ভালো সম্পর্কের মাধ্যমে আমরা পরিবারের মজবুত সম্পর্ক তৈরীর মাধ্যমে সহজেই লক্ষ্যে পৌছাতে সক্ষম হবো।
