Today I have come up with a recipe among you. I will show you how to cook chicken very easily and in a short time. Let's take a look at the recipe.

Materials	quantity
Chicken	1 kg
Oil	150 gm
Onions	4 piece
Ginger	1 tablespoon
Garlic	2 tablespoons
Spices	Like quantity
Pepper powder	3 tablespoons
Yellow powder	1 tablespoon
Salt	2 tablespoons

First I collected chickens from the market. Then I brought it home and cut it well and washed it with water. Then I chopped the onion. I took ginger and garlic at the same time.

In the process I put a pan in the oven. And pour oil in it and lightly fold the onion pieces. When the onion turns light red, I stir it with chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, spices, turmeric powder and salt.

In this process I pour 2 cups of water into the onion mixture. Then pour the chicken pieces in it and stir for a while. This will mix the onion mixture in the chicken meat. Then I add 1 more cup of water to the meat. Then cover with a lid.

After 7-8 minutes, I opened the lid and saw that the meat water was almost dry. Then I continue to stir the meat well with a spoon. In this process I stir the meat for about 5 minutes.

At the end of the stirring I pour 1 cup of water into the pan. Then I cover the pan with a lid. Heat the meat in the oven for 2 minutes. Then I take the pan off the stove. At this time a delicious smell spreads from the meat. Then I put the meat in a pot. And that's how my chicken recipe is done.
