yes great, for plagiarism and repeat post I am in favor of leading the one.But for a short post? That is probably a joke. so you want to determine what and how much you can post. that's a reason for me to leave steemit. If you want to introduce something like this then you have to be rewarded for the time you invest. so for 100 words and my own pictures i charge at least 5 dollars. is this secured? if so then I'm also for this minimum requirement. but that someone invests time here and then gets 5 cents is not right, is it?????
