First of all I will tell you that there is chickpea dal, put it in a separate vessel and add water to it and dal in it. Put it and boil it. The advantage of boiling dal is that it does not take much time to cook and it does not remain raw because gram dal is often left raw and at that time it is
Friends, put ghee in a pot, after adding ghee, let it heat a little, when it gets a little hot, then add onions and then you have to see that when it turns light brown, then you People add crushed green chillies, crushed ginger and crushed garlic in it and fry it well and keep stirring it well with a spoon and when you feel it is cooked and you put red chillies in it.
Add salt and turmeric, all these things are added according to your need, people like it spicy, some people don't like spicy things, so you can add it according to your taste. and fry it well, you add tadka water and fry it so that it becomes very tasty and looks very tasty. We will make delicious food, so you guys have spent a little time on it, but make the food delicious and after that, if you guys want to put any other spicy thing in it, you can add tomatoes too. Add the tomatoes so that the dal is digested quickly and decomposes well
Now you see that this tadka has been cooked well, so now you put the pulses in it, we have cooked it well and remember to stir the spoon evenly and do not stick too much. So you have to keep stirring the spoon in it all the time, but now when you feel like it, leave it and wait and keep checking it when all the water is dry. Once done, you can remove the dal and thus our dal mash is ready
