Yes, it's great to hear that the thing which made you happy is that when you took care of your grandmother as because she loved you alot with all her heart and never once scolded you also, which reflects your love and affection towards her.

My grandmother was also good and also loved me alot. I used to spend time with her. But she is no more in this world. But we all have to move ahead in our life.
