Writing ✍️ expedition | Fun Activities

It's the weekend, and I must say that I am very happy to drop my entry into this wonderful weekly contest, I welcome you all to my blog today.

Children are gift from God, and I am always happy being around them because they light up my world.
As a Catholic, we normally organised what we call children harvest an annual event being held in the church for the celebration of all the children attending our church.

This year's celebration was quite unique from others. I am among the planning committee that organised the event, and it came out very memorable, and the whole church was happy.
As usual, we normally print flier and envelope so we can distribute them to the neighbouring community for support. we did the same and also organised a dancing competition for the children.

That day, the children will be in charge of everything in the church, including singing, reading the word of God, and every other activities The children will be in charge of everything.
I volunteered to teach them how to sing, and I selected wonderful songs for them, but I tell you it was quite a horrible experience because the children suffered me.

When you try to teach some part other part will malfunction and it became too much for me that incanr handle to I call a lady to come and assist me in teaching them songs, i waa quite releive because she knew how to tolerate and endure their nuisance but I can't 😅 so I was very happy and the child started coping well.

We selected some of them to perform on that day so that they can entertain the audience with their dancing steps.
We selected good music for them, and they were comfortable with it. They performed really well on that day, and people came out to spray money for them because of their wonderful display.

Some can dance while some are just doing their village stuff, but in the end it was all fun because they entertained us well.
I laughed very well because some of the children were very funny with their dancing steps at the end. The occasion ended in praise because everyone had fun.
It's good to celebrate children because they bring joy and laughter to our life, once in a while as a parent or elder to ypir siblings try to take them out so they can enjoy themselves.
