You are true these are only parents which can control them, but more strict behavior is sometimes needed otherwise children are so stbborn to cell phones and games. Yeah moral values should teach to students what is right and wrong, so they can understand it. Best of luck for contest
Yes every child has their own needs, and their parents know the needs
