Hi friends, how are you doing today? I trust you all are fine. Meanwhile, I am so elated to engage in this contest ,titled the food diary game organised in the steemkidss community. I appreciate everyone who we visit this post , stey turn and observe my cooking style. I chose to cook very simple JOLLOF RICE.
Introducing my cooking items blow
•rice
•tomatoes
•granut oil
•pepper
•onion
•maggi
•salt
•crayfish
•kitchen glroy (spice) and 2 eggs 🥚
First step, i boiled my eggs like twenty minutes before I started to parboiled the rice.
After parboiled, the rice i have to turn it into a bowl, and i now placed the empty pot on the heat after 10 to 15th seconds before I pour 🫗 oil into the pot and start to fry the onions that i have already slice.

Let it fry small, then add your tomato pests and fry together for a few minutes, and also watch over it so that it won't boned. After that, I applied small water and introduced maggi, pepper 🌶, salt, crayfish, spice, and my boiled eggs.

Then I had to turn the rice inside the pot and stir it together with the tomatoes i fried , i added a normal quantity of water that would make the rice done very well. I increased the heat after some minutes as the water was drying, i had to test it to see if i should add or adjust any lacking spice, but it was moderate shaa. After up to some minutes, the rice was ready to eat 😋.
This is what it looks like. Moreover, it's a low budget. Thanks for visiting my blog, and have a wonderful weekend. I'm inviting @the-gorilla @josepha @suboohi to engage in the contest.
