Hello wonderful people of @steemkids Community, I'm here again to talk about dishes that helps promotes the health and growth of children, so I will love it if y'all will sit tight and go through this post.

Nutrition is the intake of food for the growth, repair and metabolism of the body. So therefore every living thing must undergo nutrition in other to grow well. This is important for any growing child.

FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR CHILDREN

I will listing the kind of foods Children need to take for their proper growth.
These foods are:

  • BEANS

Beans contains lots of proteins and fibres, children from 4 to 8 years need about 25grams of fibre and enough proteins for good growth since it repairs worn-out tissues.

  • YOUGHURT

Youghurt is also good for children, it helps build their immunes and reduces cholesterol in their systems.

Eggs are also good for growing kids, it contains the highest quality protein and is very good in vitamin D, you all know the work of vitamin D, it helps in the formation of strong bones and teeth.

Milk is very rich in calcium, potassium and vitamin D, it also maintenance a healthy weight and also an excellent source of protein.

so, I will encourage you all to add this mentioned to your children's diet, because "Healthy children, "Happy Family".
